Welcome to Red Tech. These Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Agreement,” “User Agreement,” “Terms of Service”) govern your access to and use of Red Tech, including our website, mobile applications, social features, messaging tools, profiles, pages, groups, events, marketplace features, media tools, advertising features, payment-related features, support tools, and any other services provided by Red Tech collectively referred to as the “Services.”

By accessing, registering for, browsing, posting on, uploading content to, sending messages through, purchasing from, selling through, advertising on, or otherwise using Red Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Red Tech.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Cookie Policy, and any other rules, notices, or policies made available on Red Tech. If there is a conflict between these Terms and another Red Tech policy, these Terms will control unless the other policy clearly states otherwise.

1. Eligibility to Use Red Tech

You may use Red Tech only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and comply with these Terms.

By using Red Tech, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years old;

  • You are not prohibited by law from using Red Tech;

  • You are not using Red Tech on behalf of a person or entity that is prohibited from using the Services;

  • You have not previously been suspended, banned, or removed from Red Tech unless Red Tech has expressly allowed you to return;

  • The information you provide to Red Tech is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, state, or region, you may use Red Tech only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the activity of minors using Red Tech.

Red Tech is not intended for children under 13. If Red Tech becomes aware that an account belongs to a child under 13, Red Tech may suspend, restrict, or delete the account and associated data where required or permitted by law.

2. Your Account

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information;

  • Keep your login credentials secure;

  • Not share, sell, rent, transfer, or give access to your account;

  • Immediately notify Red Tech if you suspect unauthorized access;

  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Red Tech may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, remove profile names, disable accounts, or restrict access if Red Tech believes an account violates these Terms, infringes rights, impersonates another person or entity, creates risk, or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or users.

You are responsible for maintaining control over your account. Red Tech is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials, device, email, phone number, or third-party login provider.

3. Account Security

You must not:

  • Use another person’s account without permission;

  • Attempt to obtain another user’s password, verification code, session token, or account access;

  • Use bots, scripts, malware, phishing, social engineering, or automated tools to access accounts;

  • Circumvent authentication, rate limits, verification systems, or security controls;

  • Interfere with login, session, password reset, or account recovery systems.

Red Tech may apply security checks, verification requirements, login restrictions, device checks, rate limits, or account holds to protect users and the Platform.

4. User Content

“User Content” means any content that users create, upload, post, publish, send, transmit, display, store, or otherwise make available on Red Tech, including text, posts, comments, replies, messages, photos, videos, audio, live streams, stories, reels, files, links, reactions, reviews, listings, pages, group content, event content, marketplace content, advertisements, profile information, and any related metadata.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license you grant to Red Tech under these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any consequences arising from it. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own your User Content or have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents needed to use and share it on Red Tech;

  • Your User Content does not violate any law, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, publicity right, confidentiality duty, or other rights of any person or entity;

  • Your User Content is not fraudulent, misleading, harmful, abusive, defamatory, illegal, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms;

  • Your User Content does not contain malware, spyware, tracking code, or harmful technical elements;

  • Your User Content does not expose Red Tech to legal liability, security risk, regulatory risk, reputational harm, or operational harm.

Red Tech is not responsible for User Content posted by users. User Content reflects the views of the person who submitted it and not necessarily the views of Red Tech.

5. License You Grant to Red Tech

When you upload, post, publish, send, or otherwise make User Content available on Red Tech, you grant Red Tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, display, distribute, transmit, translate, create derivative works from, perform, make available, and otherwise use your User Content for purposes related to operating, providing, improving, securing, promoting, moderating, and developing Red Tech and the Services.

This license allows Red Tech to:

  • Display your content according to your settings and the features you use;

  • Store and backup your content;

  • Deliver your content to other users;

  • Resize, compress, format, transcode, or optimize media;

  • Make your content available on different devices, networks, and interfaces;

  • Use automated systems to rank, recommend, moderate, or analyze content;

  • Promote public content or publicly available features of Red Tech;

  • Share content with service providers as necessary to operate the Services.

This license ends when your User Content is deleted from Red Tech systems, except where:

  • The content was shared with others and they have not deleted it;

  • The content remains in backups for a limited time;

  • Retention is required or permitted for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, audit, compliance, or enforcement purposes;

  • The content has been used in aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form;

  • Continued use is necessary to protect Red Tech, users, or third parties.

You waive any moral rights or similar rights to the extent permitted by law, where such waiver is necessary for Red Tech to operate the Services as described in these Terms.

6. Content Visibility and Public Sharing

Red Tech is a social networking platform. Some features are designed for sharing content with others or with the public.

Depending on your settings and the feature used, your content may be visible to:

  • Other users;

  • Followers or friends;

  • Members of groups or pages;

  • Event participants;

  • Marketplace users;

  • Advertisers or business accounts;

  • The general public;

  • Search engines or third-party services where public content is accessible.

You understand that users and third parties may copy, save, download, screenshot, record, share, archive, index, or redistribute your public or shared content. Red Tech cannot guarantee that content shared with others will not be copied or used outside Red Tech.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate privacy settings before posting or sharing content.

7. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, send, share, promote, or make available content that:

  • Is illegal or promotes illegal activity;

  • Exploits, harms, abuses, endangers, or sexualizes minors;

  • Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, organized crime, or unlawful violence;

  • Contains credible threats, harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse;

  • Encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior;

  • Is hateful, discriminatory, or dehumanizing toward protected or vulnerable groups;

  • Is sexually explicit, exploitative, non-consensual, or abusive;

  • Shares intimate images or private sexual content without consent;

  • Impersonates another person, brand, business, government entity, or organization;

  • Is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading;

  • Violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or confidentiality duties;

  • Contains malware, viruses, spyware, phishing links, malicious code, or harmful files;

  • Promotes scams, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes, investment fraud, or financial deception;

  • Discloses private personal information about others without permission;

  • Manipulates engagement, reviews, ratings, trends, recommendations, or platform systems;

  • Is spam, mass unsolicited messaging, clickbait, or artificially generated abuse;

  • Attempts to evade moderation, enforcement, or security systems.

Red Tech may remove, restrict, label, downrank, disable, or preserve content that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, operational, or reputational risk.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;

  • Use Red Tech for fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, harassment, abuse, or unlawful activity;

  • Create fake, misleading, duplicate, automated, or unauthorized accounts;

  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, automation, or data-mining tools without permission;

  • Collect, harvest, scrape, sell, rent, or misuse user data;

  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, bans, suspensions, moderation systems, or technical restrictions;

  • Interfere with, overload, disrupt, damage, or impair Red Tech systems;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, exploit, or tamper with Red Tech software, code, infrastructure, or security systems;

  • Upload malware, spyware, viruses, worms, ransomware, or harmful code;

  • Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, load testing, or security testing without written authorization;

  • Use Red Tech to send spam, mass messages, unwanted promotions, or deceptive communications;

  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, location, age, credentials, goods, services, or intentions;

  • Use another person’s personal information without permission;

  • Sell, transfer, license, or commercialize Red Tech access without permission;

  • Use Red Tech in a way that harms Red Tech, users, service providers, advertisers, partners, or third parties.

Red Tech may investigate and take action against any conduct that it believes violates these Terms, even if the conduct occurs partly outside Red Tech but affects Red Tech, users, or platform safety.

9. Community Features

Red Tech may allow users to create or participate in pages, groups, events, chats, forums, blogs, marketplace listings, communities, and similar spaces.

Users who manage pages, groups, events, or communities are responsible for:

  • Their content and activity;

  • Complying with these Terms;

  • Moderating their spaces where applicable;

  • Avoiding deceptive, illegal, harmful, or abusive conduct;

  • Respecting the rights and privacy of users;

  • Ensuring that rules they create do not conflict with Red Tech policies.

Red Tech may remove, restrict, merge, rename, transfer, disable, or reclaim pages, groups, events, usernames, handles, or communities if Red Tech believes they violate these Terms, infringe rights, create confusion, are inactive, are misleading, or create risk.

10. Messaging and Communications

Red Tech may provide direct messaging, group chat, comments, notifications, voice messages, calls, or other communication features.

You agree not to use communication features to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, or stalk others;

  • Send spam, mass messages, scams, malware, phishing links, or unwanted promotions;

  • Share illegal, harmful, exploitative, or non-consensual content;

  • Impersonate others or mislead recipients;

  • Collect personal information without permission;

  • Evade blocks, restrictions, or user preferences.

Messages may not be end-to-end encrypted unless Red Tech clearly states otherwise. Red Tech may access, review, preserve, or disclose communications when necessary to operate the Services, enforce policies, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or respond to valid legal requests.

11. Content Moderation and Enforcement

Red Tech may moderate content and accounts to protect users, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

Red Tech may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove content;

  • Limit content visibility;

  • Add warnings or labels;

  • Disable comments, sharing, messaging, or monetization;

  • Restrict features;

  • Suspend or terminate accounts;

  • Block access to certain services;

  • Remove pages, groups, events, listings, or ads;

  • Preserve evidence;

  • Report activity to authorities where required or appropriate;

  • Take other action Red Tech considers necessary.

Red Tech may use manual review, automated tools, user reports, trusted signals, third-party services, or internal systems to detect and enforce violations.

Red Tech is not obligated to monitor all content and does not guarantee that all harmful or unlawful content will be detected or removed. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive Red Tech’s right to enforce it later.

12. Appeals and Reporting

Red Tech may provide tools to report content, accounts, messages, listings, ads, or activity that violates these Terms.

If your content or account is restricted, Red Tech may provide an appeal process where required or where Red Tech chooses to do so. Appeals may be accepted, rejected, or partially granted at Red Tech’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

Submitting false, abusive, malicious, or repetitive reports may result in account restrictions.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

Red Tech and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to Red Tech, including software, design, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, interfaces, features, databases, systems, code, algorithms, and platform technology.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of Red Tech except as allowed by these Terms or with Red Tech’s permission.

No rights are granted to you except the limited right to access and use Red Tech in accordance with these Terms.

The Red Tech name, logo, branding, and visual identity may not be used without permission in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or approval.

14. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

Red Tech respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

If you believe content on Red Tech infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may use the available reporting or support tools on Red Tech.

A valid intellectual property complaint should include sufficient information to identify:

  • The protected work or right claimed to be infringed;

  • The allegedly infringing content;

  • The location of the allegedly infringing content on Red Tech;

  • The complaining party’s authority to act;

  • A statement that the complaint is accurate and made in good faith.

Red Tech may remove or restrict content, disable accounts, or take other action against repeat infringers or abusive claimants. Red Tech may reject incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or legally insufficient complaints.

If your content was removed due to an intellectual property complaint and you believe the removal was incorrect, you may submit an appeal or counter-notice through available Red Tech tools where permitted.

15. Privacy

Your use of Red Tech is also governed by the Red Tech Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Red Tech collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information.

By using Red Tech, you acknowledge that Red Tech may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for respecting the privacy of others. You must not post, share, sell, scrape, expose, or misuse personal information about other users without lawful permission.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Red Tech may contain links, integrations, advertisements, payment pages, embedded content, social login tools, plugins, or services operated by third parties.

Red Tech does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, including their:

  • Content;

  • Privacy practices;

  • Security;

  • Terms;

  • Availability;

  • Accuracy;

  • Products or services;

  • Payments or refunds;

  • Conduct or decisions.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by third-party terms and policies.

Red Tech does not endorse or guarantee third-party content, products, services, advertisements, or offers merely because they appear on or are accessible through Red Tech.

17. Advertising and Promotions

Red Tech may display advertisements, sponsored content, promoted posts, commercial messages, offers, or marketing campaigns.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their ads and offers comply with applicable laws and Red Tech policies.

Red Tech may reject, remove, restrict, label, or disable advertisements at any time if they violate policies, create risk, mislead users, or are otherwise inappropriate for the Platform.

Red Tech does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, availability, or performance of products or services advertised by third parties.

Users who interact with advertisements or third-party promotions do so at their own risk.

18. Marketplace, Sales, and Transactions

Red Tech may provide marketplace, listing, selling, buying, donation, funding, paid content, subscription, wallet, or transaction features.

Unless Red Tech clearly states otherwise:

  • Red Tech is not the seller, buyer, owner, manufacturer, broker, agent, employer, payment provider, or delivery provider in transactions between users or third parties;

  • Users are responsible for listings, descriptions, prices, delivery, legality, taxes, warranties, refunds, disputes, and compliance;

  • Red Tech does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, authenticity, availability, or accuracy of items, services, offers, or listings;

  • Red Tech is not responsible for user-to-user transactions, offline meetings, payment disputes, chargebacks, delivery failures, or fraud by users or third parties.

Red Tech may remove listings, restrict sellers, hold or reverse transactions where permitted, suspend marketplace features, or cooperate with authorities where necessary.

You must not list, sell, buy, request, promote, or facilitate prohibited, illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, regulated, or infringing goods or services.

19. Payments, Subscriptions, and Paid Features

Red Tech may offer paid features, subscriptions, digital goods, promotions, ads, boosts, wallet features, or other purchases.

By purchasing paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and costs.

Unless required by law or clearly stated by Red Tech:

  • Fees may be non-refundable;

  • Digital purchases may become available immediately;

  • Subscription fees may renew automatically if auto-renewal is enabled;

  • You are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal;

  • Red Tech may change prices, features, availability, or billing terms;

  • Red Tech may suspend or terminate paid features if payment fails or if these Terms are violated.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Red Tech is not responsible for payment provider errors, delays, declines, fees, chargebacks, account holds, or security practices.

If a paid feature is discontinued, Red Tech may provide a replacement, credit, refund, or no compensation, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

20. Virtual Items and Digital Features

Red Tech may offer digital items, credits, badges, boosts, reactions, gifts, virtual goods, wallet balances, points, or similar features.

Unless Red Tech clearly states otherwise:

  • Virtual items do not represent money or property;

  • Virtual items have no cash value;

  • Virtual items may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed outside Red Tech;

  • Red Tech may modify, suspend, expire, revoke, or discontinue virtual items;

  • Red Tech is not liable for loss of virtual items due to account suspension, termination, policy violations, technical issues, or platform changes.

21. APIs, Developers, and Integrations

If Red Tech provides APIs, developer tools, widgets, SDKs, or integrations, you may use them only according to Red Tech’s rules and technical documentation.

You must not:

  • Misuse Red Tech data;

  • Collect more data than necessary;

  • Store data longer than permitted;

  • Transfer data without permission;

  • Reidentify anonymized data;

  • Circumvent limits, access controls, or review processes;

  • Use APIs for surveillance, spam, scraping, manipulation, or unlawful profiling;

  • Create apps that harm users, Red Tech, or third parties.

Red Tech may suspend, limit, revoke, or audit developer access at any time.

22. Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, proposals, feature requests, or improvements to Red Tech, you grant Red Tech a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, implement, commercialize, and exploit that feedback without restriction or compensation.

Red Tech is not obligated to use your feedback or treat it as confidential.

23. Platform Availability and Changes

Red Tech may change, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of the Services at any time, including features, content, accounts, storage limits, feeds, algorithms, APIs, pricing, paid features, design, or availability.

Red Tech does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible, or free from data loss.

Red Tech may perform maintenance, updates, testing, or emergency changes without prior notice.

You are responsible for backing up important content where possible.

24. Suspension and Termination

Red Tech may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time if Red Tech believes that:

  • You violated these Terms or any Red Tech policy;

  • Your account creates legal, security, operational, reputational, or financial risk;

  • Your account is fraudulent, fake, compromised, inactive, or harmful;

  • Your content or activity violates the rights of others;

  • Red Tech is required or permitted to do so by law;

  • Continued access may harm Red Tech, users, or third parties.

You may stop using Red Tech at any time. You may also request account deletion through available settings or support tools.

Termination does not limit Red Tech’s rights to retain information where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, compliance, dispute-resolution, or enforcement purposes.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute provisions, and enforcement rights.

25. No Professional Advice

Content on Red Tech may include posts, comments, opinions, messages, ads, listings, recommendations, or information from users or third parties.

Red Tech does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, safety, or professional advice unless clearly stated by an authorized Red Tech source.

You should not rely solely on content found on Red Tech when making important decisions. You are responsible for independently verifying information.

26. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Tech and the Services are provided on an “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults” basis.

Red Tech makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability;

  • Fitness for a particular purpose;

  • Non-infringement;

  • Accuracy;

  • Reliability;

  • Availability;

  • Security;

  • Compatibility;

  • Performance;

  • Error-free operation;

  • Virus-free operation;

  • Uninterrupted access;

  • Preservation of data or content.

Red Tech does not guarantee that:

  • The Services will meet your expectations;

  • Content will be accurate, lawful, safe, or appropriate;

  • Other users are who they claim to be;

  • Transactions will be successful or safe;

  • Messages or content will always be delivered;

  • Deleted content will be immediately or permanently removed from all systems;

  • Harmful, illegal, or offensive content will never appear;

  • Security incidents will never occur.

Your use of Red Tech is at your own risk.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Tech and its owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including damages for:

  • Lost profits;

  • Lost revenue;

  • Lost data;

  • Lost goodwill;

  • Business interruption;

  • Loss of content;

  • Account suspension or termination;

  • Unauthorized access;

  • User conduct;

  • Third-party services;

  • Transactions between users;

  • Platform errors, outages, or delays;

  • Security incidents;

  • Reputation harm;

  • Emotional distress;

  • Personal injury arising from user interactions;

  • Any damages arising from use of or inability to use Red Tech.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Tech’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid to Red Tech for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if no payment was made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, Red Tech’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

28. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Red Tech and its owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of Red Tech;

  • Your User Content;

  • Your violation of these Terms or any Red Tech policy;

  • Your violation of any law or regulation;

  • Your violation of any third-party rights;

  • Your transactions or disputes with other users or third parties;

  • Your fraud, negligence, misconduct, or harmful activity;

  • Your use of third-party services through Red Tech;

  • Any activity occurring through your account.

Red Tech may control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with Red Tech’s defense.

29. User Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions, communications, transactions, meetings, agreements, and disputes with other users or third parties.

Red Tech is not required to become involved in disputes between users, but may do so at its discretion.

You release Red Tech from claims, demands, damages, losses, and liabilities arising out of or related to disputes with other users or third parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You should exercise caution when interacting with others online or offline.

30. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your use of Red Tech, including laws relating to:

  • Privacy and data protection;

  • Intellectual property;

  • Consumer protection;

  • Advertising;

  • Payments and taxes;

  • Marketplace transactions;

  • Employment or job posts;

  • Export controls and sanctions;

  • Online safety;

  • Defamation;

  • Harassment;

  • Child protection;

  • Illegal content.

You must not use Red Tech in a country, region, or manner where such use is unlawful.

31. Government Requests and Legal Process

Red Tech may preserve, access, disclose, or remove information if Red Tech believes it is reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with law;

  • Respond to court orders, subpoenas, government requests, or legal processes;

  • Enforce these Terms;

  • Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or illegal activity;

  • Protect the rights, property, privacy, or safety of Red Tech, users, or third parties.

Red Tech may notify users of legal requests where permitted, but is not required to do so where prohibited by law, unsafe, impractical, or inappropriate.

32. International Use

Red Tech may be accessed from different countries and regions. Red Tech makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in every location.

If you access Red Tech from outside the location where Red Tech operates, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Your information may be processed in countries different from your country of residence as described in the Privacy Policy.

33. Changes to These Terms

Red Tech may update these Terms from time to time.

If Red Tech makes material changes, Red Tech may notify users through the Platform, email, account notice, or other reasonable means. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

Your continued use of Red Tech after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Red Tech.

34. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without Red Tech’s permission.

Red Tech may assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, operation of the Services, or by operation of law.

35. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

36. No Waiver

Red Tech’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Any waiver must be in writing and made by Red Tech.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Cookie Policy, and any other Red Tech policies or notices, form the entire agreement between you and Red Tech regarding your use of the Services.

They replace any prior or conflicting agreements, statements, or understandings relating to the Services.

38. Interpretation

In these Terms:

  • “Including” means “including without limitation”;

  • Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation;

  • References to “Red Tech” include the Platform and Services;

  • References to “you” include the account holder, visitor, user, or entity using the Services;

  • Any rights granted to Red Tech may be exercised by Red Tech directly or through service providers, contractors, or authorized partners.

39. Contacting Red Tech

If you have questions, complaints, notices, reports, legal concerns, or support requests related to these Terms, you may contact Red Tech through the contact, help, reporting, or support tools available on the Platform.

Red Tech may require sufficient information to verify your identity, understand your request, and respond appropriately.

40. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Red Tech, creating an account, posting content, sending messages, making purchases, using marketplace features, joining groups, creating pages, interacting with users, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must not use Red Tech.
